chilled out tropical CBD smoothie

So, sit back and cool down with this totally tropical, totally chill smoothie, featuring Health-ade’s new flavor Tropical Punch, and the stress-reducing powerhouses CBD oil and ashwaghanda to really help you get your chill on. It’s cold and frothy and so dreamy sweet, and sipping it slowly is the perfect means to sweat away the worries of your day, breathe deep, cool down, and take a 15 minute vacation.
• 1 chopped pineapple
• 1 cup frozen mango
• 1 large banana, frozen
• 1/2 tsp. (1-3 mL) CBD oil (see NOTES)
• 1-2 tsp. ashwagandha (see NOTES)
• 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 cup coconut cream (see NOTES)
• 1/2 cup Health-ade Tropical Punch kombucha
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately, garnished with additional fresh fruit or other toppings of choice. Serve in a coconut bowl for bonus point vacation vibes.
